Reflection: I met this standard by doing a project in class about health wellness diets. We learned what the diet is for, how much it costs, how it benefits your body, and etc. We also did a project in class about Cam therapies and how they help you with different health issues. Another worksheet we did talked about how stress affects our health and what we can do to reduce stress and live a healthier life. This standard has a real world application because it helps you see what causes you the most stress in life. Which you can then take and make it into a plan of slowly reducing your stress. It also teaches you how Cam therapies can help you with illnesses our to make you healthier. Above all this you can learn about different diets and how they can help you loose weight and become a better you.
3. This standard has inspired me to make a plan to reduce my stress. Now that i know what causes me so much anxiousness i can make a plan to reduce some of stress. I also have been inspired to further look into diets and maybe go on one myself. This would not just be to loose weight, but also to learn how to eat better and in smaller portions.
